CRC has been a forerunner in adopting systems and technologies that ensure we keep up with the growing needs of our clients and the industry. Our company is an active member of the Civil Contractors Federation and have recently successfully completed an APIC (Aboriginal Participation in Construction) audit along with an Industrial Relations Compliance audit. We have implemented a comprehensive Integrated Management System which has earned us our accreditation from QMS for AS/NZS 4801 – OH&S Management Systems, ISO9001 - Quality Management Systems and ISO14001 - Environmental Management Systems and has also given us our Prequalification Contractor status for Roads & Maritime Services (RMS) works. This management system also drives our internal processes to ensure the seamless operation of our business and strengthens our commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.
Our quality of work is demonstrated by the fact that over 95% of our work is repeat or referral business. This figure is something of which we are very proud. It indicates the value our customers place on our work standards, our industry expertise and our business values. Most importantly, it reflects the level of our customer satisfaction.
At CRC we always strive for the highest of standards, this includes our focus on safety. We have a full time qualified OH&S facilitator, whose role it is to continually improve our quality, health, safety and environmental impact. Our OH&S objectives are given equal value within the business objectives and are continually monitored by our management team.
